Metrix Instruments sells only the highest quality products. While Metrix makes every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and specifications, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of product information, including prices, product images, specifications and availability.

Warranty
Speedtech warrants its products against manufacturing defects for one year from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover shipping costs nor does it cover a product subjected to misuse or accidental damage. Within this period Speedtech will repair or replace any instrument, at its discretion, without charge. Customers who ask for rush delivery of a warranty repair or replacement are responsible for return shipping fees. Otherwise all warranty repairs and replacements will be shipped by UPS Ground or Parcel Post for non-US customers.

For all warranty and return policy issues, please contact us directly. In order to process your request we will need know the date purchased, order number, details of the product and the problem. Once we receive this information, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item or making a warranty claim and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Restocking fees could apply. Customer is responsible for returning the product in intact/sellable condition.

Refund
Within 30 days of purchase, any product may be returned for a refund for any reason, if it is in pristine condition and returned in original packaging. No instruments are accepted for return after 30 days. Instruments that have been scratched or damaged in any way may not receive any credit.

Damage
Any instrument damaged after reaching its shipping destination will be the responsibility of the customer. If a customer receives a damaged instrument, contact us immediately and retain the packaging. Claims for damaged goods will only be accepted within 48 hours of delivery.

Acceptance of Orders
Receiving an order acknowledgement via email does not guarantee the acceptance of an order. Metrix Instruments reserves the right to limit the quantity of items ordered and/or refuse to sell to any customer.

Privacy
Metrix Instruments collects information on this site during the purchasing process for business purposes that will allow us to better and more efficiently serve you. These purposes include processing and verifying orders, updating customers on their orders, and providing up-to-date information on the newest Metrix Instruments products, if so desired. Credit card processing is performed securely by VeriSign; Metrix Instruments does NOT collect or store credit card information. Metrix Instruments does not sell or redistribute any customer information to outside organizations.
